Arrival instructions, Sturenkatu 2a
The Finnish Heritage Agency’s main entrance is located on the second floor. Use the door buzzer to contact the information desk.
Fill out a guest pass at the information desk and leave your outdoor clothes and any bags larger than a handbag at the coat rack or in the lockers. The lockers are operated with a euro coin or token that you can pick up at the information desk.
The customer facilities are located on the third floor.
There is an accessible entrance on the first floor, under the main entrance staircase, with lift access to the Customer Service floor. The library returns box is also located by this entrance.
Visitors arriving by car should note that the yard area is closed off by a boom barrier. There is a buzzer by the barrier through which you can contact the information desk to open the barrier. The barrier opens automatically from the other side.
